The NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology), an autonomous scientific society of Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India which has the DOEACC Society running the different courses in fundamentals of computers including its “o” level course taken up by a number of candidates for obtaining professional qualification in the field of Information Technology. The candidates can work in the following capacities after the successful completion of this course: Junior Programmer, EDP Assistant, Web Designer and Lab Demonstrator respectively.

Doeacc O level is a most popular course for government jobs. Doeacc is now formally known as NIELIT (National Institute of electronics and information technology). So the course is now known as NIELIT O Level . We are providing you information about the doeacc o level syllabus along with old exam papers for qualifying the exam. Student can view the content of exam in syllabus. Student can also see the exam pattern from old exam question papers. NIELIT conducted o level exam two times in a year (Second saturday of January & July). But before appearing in the exam, student should be fill a registration form. He/She get a registration number after completing of registration.
List of Doeacc O Level theory exam papers according to the syllabus. 
There are only 4 theory exam papers.
1. M1-R4 : IT Tools and Business Systems
2. M2-R4 : Internet Technology and Web Designing
3. M3-R4 : Programming and Problem Solving through “C” Language.
4. M4.1 – R4: Application of .NET Technology
M4.2 – R4: Introduction of Multimedia
M4.3 – R4: Introduction of ICT Resources
In fourth paper you have to select one of them.

Passing Percentage of O Level: Student should get minimum 50% marks to clear the exam of o level.
F – Failed(<50%)
D – 50% – 54%
C – 55% – 64%
B – 65% – 74%
A – 75% – 84%
S – 85% and over w
